Its nature

Post-fermented Chinese tea with a deep, earthy flavor, created by accelerated and controlled fermentation of the leaves, which mature in humid piles for several weeks before pressing.
The Calabrian liquorice root, a prized botanical and symbol of Southern Italy, gives character with its naturally sweet and persistent flavour, while the cardamom pods give liveliness and fragrance to the sip. .

His strength

Traditionally prized for its enveloping character and gentle energy, Pu'er Shu tea accompanies moments of relaxation and introspection. Licorice is known for its natural sweetness, often associated with a feeling of relief and balance, while cardamom provides a sensation of balsamic freshness.

Its infusion

2-2.5 g per cup (250 ml) – 85/95°C – 3/4 minutes.
Ideal both warm in winter and lukewarm in the mid-seasons.
