Indian and Ceylon black teas, carefully selected from the highest quality organic plantations, lightly ground to enhance their body and robustness.
The leaves, expertly processed to obtain the right degree of fermentation and oxidation, give an intense and persistent aromatic profile.

2-2.5 g per cup (250 ml) – 85/95°C – 3/4 minutes.
