Its nature

It is a caffeine-free herbal tea, obtained exclusively from the flowers and leaves of sideritis syriaca, a wild plant typical of the mountainous regions of the eastern Mediterranean, also known as “mountain tea”.

Simple and precious, it has the authentic character of the mountains: a herbaceous, fresh and slightly balsamic profile, with accents reminiscent of sage and wild flowers.
