His soul
Born among the rocky walls of the Wuyi Mountains in southeastern China, this highly oxidized Wulong preserves the character of the great rock teas. Each infusion tells the silent dialogue between the mountain, time, and human gesture, delivering a sip that protects and accompanies, like a cloak draped over the shoulders.
Its nature
The soil of origin, composed of rocks shaped by erosion, gives this tea a distinct minerality, typical of Wuyi Yancha. After processing, the leaves are toasted over charcoal: an essential and extremely delicate step, requiring great expertise to impart warmth and roundness without leaving smoky overtones, considered a flaw.
The result is a firm, enveloping tea of great depth, a rare balance between strength and moderation.
His strength
It's the ideal companion for cold, rainy afternoons and evenings in autumn and winter. It warms and comforts, releasing all the heat absorbed during the slow roasting process into each sip, inviting you to slow down and linger in protected tranquility.
