His soul

The purple leaves of Zi Juan are rare and fascinating: they are rich in anthocyanins and flavonoids, the same beneficial pigments found in blueberries and black grapes.

Its nature

A Sheng Pu'er from Menghai, Yunnan, made from the Zi Juan cultivar, characterized by naturally purple buds. The process follows the Pu'er tea tradition, with a gentler settling than green tea, followed by sun-drying. The anthocyanins present in the leaves combine with the tea's typical catechins, creating a complex and profound yet elegant structure, a manifestation of its terroir.

The anthocyanins from the purple leaves combine with the catechins from the Pu'er Sheng, creating an infusion rich in natural antioxidants. The result is a cup that stimulates and balances at the same time, with a fruity flavor that evolves into a lingering aftertaste, capable of supporting concentration and mental alertness.
