Ritual n° 35 – Huo Shan Huang Ya (2025)

When you feel the need to stop, gather yourself and find presence.

Ingredients: Chinese yellow tea – harvest 2025.

His soul

Among the noblest and rarest yellow teas of China, it preserves the ancient slowness of a moment suspended between day and evening, when everything becomes softer,
Balanced between delicacy and character, it releases a gentle, almost creamy sweetness, with notes of fresh corn and toasted almond.
The round and clear body gives an unexpected freshness, like a deep breath in the mountains.

Its nature

It comes from the Huo Shan mountains in Anhui province.
Its golden, tapered buds are still processed using artisanal methods: natural withering, controlled oxidation, and slow wood-drying.
Already prized in the Ming era, it was a tribute tea to the imperial court and is mentioned in the Compendium of Materia Medica as an infusion with refined virtues.

His strength

Naturally rich in antioxidants, it is traditionally appreciated to accompany moments of quiet and concentration.
It is appreciated by those seeking clarity and natural relaxation.

2-2.5 g per cup (250 ml) – 85/90° – 3-4 min
